Sheila Moeck, M.Ed, OCT, RP, Family Counsellor at Family Services Durham

Frances is a skilled clinician who takes the time to listen. She cares deeply about her clients and her thoughtful and caring presence inspires calm and confidence when you are in her presence. Frances has the rare capacity to integrate therapeutic theory with intuition, and can guide her clients in experiencing meaningful change and personal growth. I have been inspired by her compassion and drive and feel fortunate to have worked alongside Frances. She has the capacity to be a leader in her field and her heart and determination will leave the world a kinder and more cared for place.

Jessie MacAlpine, Student Therapist at Alli Therapy

I’ve attended many workshops and public speaking engagements by Frances and I love it each time. She is so funny! Whenever she presents a topic, she offers clarity around root causes within our brain, body, emotions and thought processes. She offers practical advice and skill development that aids personal growth and develops quality relationships. As a student therapist, I have found the way that she can take a skill and apply it to multiple scenarios and populations most helpful in understanding the full use of the therapeutic task.
